coaching & support

Rebekah Foster

Executive Function Coaching that helps you move forward on projects and decisions, tackle your to-do list, and process feelings of overwhelm, stuckness or avoidance.

How I can Help

  • Priority & Task Mapping: helping you turn the nebulous swirl of "things I need to do" into an actionable plan

  • Decision Making: support thinking through choices so you can find clarity and take next steps

  • Emotional Processing: compassionate listening for you to explore the feelings behind overwhelm and avoidance

  • Accountability: non-judgemental, clear structures to help you stay on track with your goals

  • Body Doubling: a calm, focused presence to help you get things done

I'm a warm, patient and strategic coach with the unique ability to hold emotional complexity and practical needs. I'm especially skilled at supporting people through big transitions such as breakups, moves, and career changes. I'm interested in the portals of life & death and have worked with people as a Birth Doula at UNC Women's Hospital as well as in end-of-life care at Bluestem Conservation Cemetery. I'm a current graduate student at UNC's School of Social Work, pursuing my MSW and eventually licensure as a mental health therapist. I hold this work with care, openness, and humor.

How I've Supported Past Clients

  • Helped a client apply to graduate programs, decide which to pursue, and complete the logistics of an international move

  • Walked alongside a client going through a breakup as they sorted through shared belongings, found housing and stepped into a new chapter

  • Created systems with a client for keeping up with their texts and emails and work through the to-do list of life (making appointments, filing taxes, etc.)
